The Flame Hashira's Legacy
Kyojuro Rengoku was everything a Hashira should be: powerful, compassionate, and absolutely dedicated to protecting humanity. His bright personality and unwavering optimism inspired everyone around him, from his fellow Hashira to young demon slayers like Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke.
Trained in Flame Breathing by his father Shinjuro (the former Flame Hashira), Kyojuro mastered all nine forms of the technique. His combat abilities were so refined that he could hold his own against Upper Moon Three Akaza—one of the most powerful demons in existence.
But it wasn't just his strength that made Rengoku legendary. It was his heart. Even in death, he smiled, knowing he had protected everyone on the Mugen Train. His final words to Tanjiro became the driving force for the young demon slayer's journey forward.
