Manufacturer Damage or Defect

Only product(s) purchased from KanuSwords.com that are deemed defective or damaged are eligible for return, replacement or refund.

In order for product(s) to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

 

  • Product is returned within 30 calendar days after tracking information has marked product(s) “delivered.”
  • Show photos or documentary proof of product(s) damage/defect.
  • Product(s) must be returned in NEW condition, unused with original package and accessories.

 

Failure to do so can result in delayed or rejected return, replacement or refund.

Once refund has been approved, funds will be returned via original payment method within 3-5 business days.

 

KanuSwords.com reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund it deems ineligible.

 

All other sales are FINAL.
