Standard Shipping (US Orders): Orders placed before 12pm PST should be received within 3-5 business days.
Standard Shipping (International Orders): Orders placed before 12pm PST should be received within 3-15 business days.
Once orders have shipped a tracking number will be sent via e-mail. If you have not received a tracking number, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes.
International buyers are responsible for duties and customs fees. International buyers are also responsible for confiscated and/or destroyed orders. Please check with your local authority or jurisdiction regarding the legality of importing our product.

We are not responsible for orders being placed with the wrong address. If you believe you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are unable to adjust the order once the order has shipped.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or confiscated shipments. NO EXCEPTIONS.
